Customs and Duties

For customers in the USA, Canada, China, Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Switzerland, and Japan:

We will cover import duties from the above countries. You will not receive an additional bill from the courier company. If you place your order within the customs territory of your country, you will not be required to pay import duties, but you may be required to pay VAT or local sales tax. For customers in Switzerland, the UK, and the USA, these fees are included at checkout.

To other customers:

For all other customers, the prices you see online do not include import duties. Depending on the customs regulations of your country, you may be required to pay import duties upon receipt of your order. You do not need to pay VAT or sales tax, but you may need to pay other taxes before receiving the order.

If you would like to return any items from your purchase, you have the possibility to do so. We offer a 30-day return & refund policy for online purchases from the day you received your package.

IMPORTANT RETURN & REFUND INFORMATION:

If you would like to return your order, you have three options; we can help you create a return label or you can arrange a return yourself or you can return it physically in-store. For further instructions, please read the following.

Customers will be subject to the return shipping fee. The return shipping fee is equal to the original shipping cost paid for delivery, and will be deducted from your refund.

Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the box in which you received your item(s).

Items should be returned unused, with all garment tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Returns have a processing time of 15-30 business days from the day we receive the package. There may be processing delays during big releases, holidays and sale periods.

When your return & refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us. The refund amount will be returned back via the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to arrive back into your bank account.

If you would like to have a new size, we kindly ask you to return the original order and place a new order.

IMPORTANT FOR RETURNS: If you are creating your own label, please remember to note that the package is a return to avoid being charged with duties & taxes again. Customers will be subject to return shipping fee and any reverse duties & taxes, which will be deducted from your refund.
